Lillian has expertise in strategy, planning and implementation of gender equality, diversity & inclusion and legislative treaty obligations and commitments.

Lillian is committed to self-development and is a Transformational Life Coach, Speaker, Leadership Educator, Trainer & Master NLP Practitioner, Master Deep State Re-Patterning, Master Hypnotist. 

​

Lillian is a past board member of UN Women Aotearoa New Zealand National Committee
that supports the mission of UN Women through public awareness initiatives about global
womens rights and development issues, and fundraising efforts to support UN Women
programmes in the pacific. Lillian represented the board on the Womens Empowerment
Principles Committee (WEPs).

She has represented her tribe as a Treaty of Waitangi Negotiator and mandated

representative to settle historic claims against the Crown.

ACTIVISM & CONTRIBUTION

I was invited to speak with Kim Forrester on my worldview of activism and some of the activities I have personally been involved in including nearly 17 years seeking redress from the government for historical breaches of the Treaty of Waitangi here in Aotearoa New Zealand.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE

It only takes a quick online search to discover hard data that supports diversity in the workshop is good for business and good for employees.  Diversity drives economic growth, can expand share of the market, attracts quality candidates, decreases staff turnover and provides a innovative environment.


Organisations can create a diverse workforce but is it inclusive?  The benefits of an inclusive workforce means that staff that feel their voices is being heard are more likely to feel empowered and perform their best.  Employees that feel that have access to equal opportunities are more likely to say they are proud of their organisation.  Link to video

MOVING BEYOND PAST TRAUMA

As a personal development trainer and coach I am continually motivated to assist people move beyond past trauma from wherever it comes from. Having worked in Afghanistan, strengthened my resolve. I was invited to talk about my experience in Afghanistan and would like to share this with you all.
